All books are offered subject to availability. All prices are net. Books are never sent on approval. We consider the condition of secondhand books is adequately described and they are sold not subject to return.
Payment
We accept most major credit/debit card, except American Express, for amounts over ten pounds sterling.
For payment in overseas currencies, credit cards offer a very good rate of exchange and have the advantage that there is no need to make allowance for bank charges. Also, for new customers, there is no waiting for bank clearance.
Banks tend to charge very high currency conversion fees which can result in lengthy delays . Please ask your bank to write money orders or bank drafts in pounds sterling. If you choose to pay in your own currency it is essential to consult us as to the precise amount.
Delivery
Postage and packing are extra.
Overseas orders can be sent by airmail (takes 5-7 working days) or surface mail (takes 3-12 weeks).
Parcels are normally sent by surface mail unless Airmail costs are specifically requested, as it is very expensive.
